Joseph “Joe” Bippert joined USW as Assistant Regional Director for South and Southeast Asia in November 2021. Joe grew up on a family farm near Olympia, WA, and began his career in international trade and marketing with the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Joe also worked for the Washington Grain Commission, managing Latin American marketing strategy and monitoring policy issues impacting trade and transportation. Joe has also served on several boards including Washington’s potato and tree fruit checkoff programs.
