Adrian “Ady” Redondo joined USW as Baking Technologist in 2019 in Manila, Philippines. He has trained in Advanced Prepared Mix Technology, Baking Science and Technology, and Cookie and Cracker Technology at UFM Thailand. Ady worked as a key account manager for Ingredion in the Philippines, specializing in modified starches. He has technical experience in the bakery sector from roles at Bakels Philippines, Leslie’s Food Products, Sonlie International, and Mix Plant Incorporated. Ady holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines.
