CoBank Singapore Representative Office

Candace Roper is Chief Representative at CoBank overseeing correspondent Asian banking and trade finance relationships. She opened CoBank's Singapore office in 1997. In the U.S., Candace managed its Agriculture Export Finance Division and led CoBank’s government affairs team. She established CoBank Knowledge Exchange and was Regional Vice President for CoBank’s Rural Electric Cooperative lending group. Roper holds degrees from Mount Holyoke College and MIT and served on the USDA’s Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee for Trade.
