Shawn Thiele is the Associate Director and Flour Milling and Grain Processing Specialist at the IGP Institute (IGP) at Kansas State University (KSU). Shawn teaches core milling and grain processing courses, develops workshops, and conducts research to enhance the global utilization of U.S. cereal grains and oilseeds. His career includes roles at PepsiCo and Quaker Oats and global travel as a technical consultant and presenter. Shane has a bachelor’s degree in Milling Science and Management and a minor in Agribusiness from KSU.
