Jordan Van Zante is a Senior Merchandiser at Pacificor LLC, where he has led the Soft White Wheat product line since 2014 and expanded into soybean trading in 2023. Originally from Oregon, Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness with a concentration in International Business Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He began his trading career at Bunge in in Geneva and held merchandising roles in Little Rock and St. Louis. In 2011, he played a key role in launching EGT LLC, a joint venture where he traded corn and soybeans from Portland. With strategic insight into global grain flows, Jordan served on the board of the Pacific Northwest Grain and Feed Association and as a commissioner with the Oregon Wheat Commission. His work continues to bridge U.S. producers and Asian buyers, strengthening market transparency and international trade.
